Refunds

Refund requests for goods must be made within 15 days after receipt of your goods.

 

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for the following reasons:

• Any goods damaged in transit

 

Returns

Returns can be made by mail or UPS.  To return a product by mail, comply with the following procedure.

• Include the damaged goods with a photo of the damaged box.  Go to the nearest post office or UPS store and pay the necessary postage.
